Shipping Resources
Frozen samples should be shipped on Monday, Tuesday, or Wednesday for next-day delivery, whenever possible. This allows our team to work with UPS to intervene, in the event of shipment delays, to ensure samples reach the repository with less than 48 hours in transit. If you need to ship frozen samples on Thursday, please complete the Sample Submission and Manifest forms and schedule your package pickup as early as possible. Ambient samples may be shipped Monday-Thursday for next-day delivery. The Psychiatric Biomarkers Network repository does not accept sample shipments on Saturday, Sunday, or any public holidays.
Inclement weather can cause significant shipping delays. Please remember to check the forecast for significant weather events prior to shipping.

UPS Shipping Resources
The Psychiatric Biomarkers Network (and the other repositories based at Indiana University) use a custom interface through the UPS ShipExec™ Thin Client website. Please use the UPS ShipExec™ website to generate air waybills and schedule UPS pickups for shipments to the repository. If you are a new site/coordinator, you will need to request a new user account.

Hours of Operation
Indiana University business hours are from 08:00 to 13:00 (8 AM to 5 PM) Eastern Time, Monday through Friday.
Although repository staff are available or on-call outside of those times and on holidays, we cannot guarantee a response outside of business hours.
